This is a 28-year-old female who lost 100 pounds. She was interested in body contouring. She underwent abdominoplasty and flank liposuction. At the time of her abdominoplasty and liposuction, she had a total fat aspirate of 1.5 L. The abdominoplasty specimen weighed 3.88 pounds. Postoperatively, she went from a size 12 to a size 8. She was very happy with her postoperative result.
