Breast Procedure

This is a 30-year-old female who is interested in breast augmentation. At the time of her consultation, she was a 34B. The patient underwent subpectoral breast augmentation with Natrelle 525cc Silicone Gel High Profile implants. Postoperatively, she was sized as a 36D and is very happy with her result.

This is a 52-year-old female who is interested in body contouring. She underwent full abdominoplasty. She has lost 8 pounds since her surgery. She is very happy with her results.

This is a 29-year-old woman who had bilateral symptomatic macromastia. Her symptoms included neck pain, back pain, and rashes underneath the breasts. She was interested in breast reduction. She was wearing a size 42DDD prior to surgery. She underwent bilateral breast reduction. At the time of the surgery, she had 2.5 pounds removed from the right and 2.2 pounds removed from the left. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with her result. She felt more comfortable. She was able to fit into a 42C bra.

This is a 41-year-old woman from Cottage Grove, Minnesota who noticed a diminishment in breast size when she underwent weight loss. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. She also had five children and breastfed them. She underwent submuscular breast augmentation with Sientra 410 cc Moderate Profile implants. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. She went from the 32AB to a 32D.

This is a 52-year-old woman who was unhappy with the size of her breasts. She had back, neck, and shoulder pain. She felt that she always looked heavy in clothing. She was unable to exercise. Preoperatively, the patient was a 36HH. She underwent bilateral breast reduction. At the time of her breast reduction, she had 1.5 pounds removed from the right and 1.41 pounds removed from the left. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. She went from a 36HH to a 36C.

This is a 53-year-old woman from Wisconsin who had previously undergone breast augmentation. She was wearing a 34D bra prior to her most recent surgery. She was unhappy with the size of her breasts, the asymmetry, and the droop. She underwent bilateral implant removal and breast lifts. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with the appearance and contour of her breasts. She was able to fit very well into a 34C bra. She was able to feel comfortable going bra-less.

This is a 56-year-old woman who is interested in a breast lift, implant removal, and brachioplasty. She had originally undergone breast augmentation a decade previously. She felt that her breasts were too large, and she was unhappy with the laxity in her arms. The patient underwent bilateral breast implant removal and breast lift along with brachioplasty. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result. Her scar was located posteromedially and was not visible significantly anteriorly or with her arms in the adducted position.

This is a 67-year-old female who is interested in breast augmentation and a lift. She underwent a bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with 390-cc gel implants. She had also had a crescent lift performed. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her results. She was a 38A prior to surgery and fit into a 38C postoperatively.
