This is a 44-year-old female who is interested in breast augmentation. At the time of her consultation, she was a 32A. The patient underwent submuscular breast augmentation with Silicone implants, 445cc on the right and 445cc on the left. Postoperatively, she was sized as a 32DDD and is very happy with her result.
