This is a 57-year-old female who presented for a facial rejuvenation. She is in the public eye and is a director at a community center and also does teaching. She is concerned that her facial appearance does not accurately reflect how youthful she feels. She is also interested in pursuing other job opportunities and wants to look as youthful as possible. The patient underwent a mini facelift specifically directed at treating the jowling and a coronal brow lift along with fat grafting to the nasolabial folds and lips. She is very happy with her result and has had many friends and family wonder what she had, whether she has changed her hair because she looks so well rested. She has told very few people what she actually had done and has been extremely satisfied with the natural-appearing result that achieved.
