Breast Procedure

This is a 64- year-old female who was concerned regarding the appearance of her neck. She was unhappy with the bulging in the lower neck and felt that she looked much older than her age. The patient underwent a neck lift. Postoperatively, she was very happy with her rejuvenated appearance.

This is a 61-year-old woman who was concerned regarding the appearance of her neck and her lower third of the face.  She underwent neck lift and fat grafting to the lips and marionette lines.  Postoperatively, she was very happy with her result.  She felt that she looks rejuvenated, but not totally different.  She noted that people made comments regarding her refreshed appearance, but did not know what she had done.

She has had weight fluctuations with no significant change in the appearance of her neck when her weight was done as opposed to when her weight was up. She underwent submental liposuction.
